Shortly after leaving the stalls, Luigi Vampa (FR) unseated Richard Kingscote.
Having reviewed video recordings of the start the Stewards were satisfied that Luigi Vampa (FR) had jinked right-handed, unseating Richard Kingscote and was therefore deemed to be a runner.
The Stewards were further satisfied that no other horse or rider was involved.
