Music To My Ears wins nicely on 3rd start
Blametheshady a name to remember after taking debut win
He's a nice horse. We bought him as a two-year-old,. He didn't look much early on but he kept improving and turned into a nice horse. I hope he gets a new home somewhere now!. If he was third I would have been delighted the way the race worked out. He'll improve a lot off that, he's very lazy. I was afraid of the stalls because he was very sluggish out of them at home. At the moment seven is ideal, even a mile the way he finished there, and he'll probably get further later on. I wouldn't go any shorter with him.
Coen's claim down to 3 after 50th win
It was close enough and I thought we were beat,. The race suited, it was a strong pace in it. He idles a bit when he hits the front and if he had seen the other horse coming he might have gone with him if he was beside him. He timed it well but he does pull up a bit in front. It's grand to win one with him again and we'll keep on the go.
27/1 Dundalk brace for Slattery and Coen
It's a good nights work. I thought the two of them had good chances and it worked out well, it doesn't always work out,. He's a horse we always thought wanted soft ground. We fancied him in the Curragh but the ground was a bit deep for him, he does like a dig in it but seems to handle this and we'll keep going for the winter. He gave him a great ride. I was hoping we would have these two for Andrew before the championship finished but it just didn't work out. We held him up a bit the last day over a mile and he kind of sulked a bit so that's why we decided to go a bit more forward tonight. We'll keep him to seven furlongs or a mile.
Ocean Monarch builds on promising debut
Innamorare back in good form to win Dundalk feature
We tried a few different things with her since Galway, it didn't work out and we probably ran her back a bit too soon a couple of times,. We freshened her up and aimed her at this. I was a little bit unsure about the surface, I've never ran her here and before we got her her form wasn't brilliant on the surface. She was good on it tonight, so it's great. I don't know what we'll do now. We were aiming her at this and if it didn't work she was going home so I'll have a chat with the owner.
Rips back from hurdling duty for 3rd Dundalk win
Tartlette proving a dream buy for connections
I'm delighted with that. I think we'll take our time with this one and see how we go with her,. She's doing everything right and we won't be in a hurry to run her. We'll freshen her up again and she'll tell us when she's ready to rock. She has a good pedigree so if we could make a broodmare out of her well and good. We'll take her along quietly because she had a long old season. She's only ran twice here but she had a long old season over in England so we just have to bear that in mind. She's only a three-year-old filly and there might be a nice race in her. We'll have a long old summer next year, hopefully, all going well.
