The Raceday Stewards informed Paul John Gilligan, trainer, that a repeat performance of his charge Bobbisilver, who refused to race may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future
The Raceday Stewards enquired from Mr E. Staples, rider, regarding his fall on the home turn, Mr. E. Staples stated that on rounding the bend he briefly touched the hind quarters of the horse on his inside and slipped up independently thereafter. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied no further action was warranted
