Flynn records 800th success with smart juvenile
We knew from the word go that he was a very nice horse. Conor said in the Curragh that he was just pure, raw ability. He's a fantastic horse and as good a two-year-old as I've ever had. He did show plenty on debut and Conor said he is a machine. That's him gone for next year.
Inishmot Prince records third course and distance win
That's the best I've ever seen him travel. I just said running him back quickly might just spark him. He jumped out well the last day but within 50 yards he was on the back foot again. It is nice to see him lie up there better today. I have him entered over seven here on Wednesday. He was third over seven at Leopardstown over the summer. He did the same thing, he was going nowhere turning in. I don't know what his trip is!. Obviously he has won his three over five, so that seems to be his trip. A lot of the time, no matter what trip you run him over, he seems to be doing his work at the end. That's the first time I've actually seen him travel as well as that. We'll have a think about Wednesday, I just don't know about the seven. I'll have a look at what is coming. He is well and he's a hardy horse. Even when he got to the front, he was doing nothing there. I'll probably have five or six horses for the winter up here.

Lavery delighted with homebred winner Toriangel
We are completely delighted, she has been knocking on the door. We worked her here last week and were really happy with her. It is great that the maiden came up. She deserved to win and it is lovely to get a second winner for the mare (Viztoria). I made a mistake in the year, I ran her back too quick. I think she needs a bit of time, so I'll try and not make that mistake again. I'll come back for Dundalk. She loved that surface and Robbie said that when he got off her last week. There is a Listed race here next week. I'll see what the handicapper gives her, that's really the first thing. She is a home bred and it is worth a go. I'll keep it in the back of my mind, but I think it actually is too soon. Viztoria was fantastic and she wouldn't have gone on that (surface)! She was soft ground.

Zonik scores for the McConnells in div 2
I'm absolutely delighted. It was quiet the whole way up the straight until I got about 100 yards out and then I heard this massive roar (Kings & Queens Syndicate). He was brilliant. To be completely honest, i didn't give him the best ride by any standards - it didn't really go to plan, but he got me out of trouble coming up the inside down the straight. He didn't really hold his form, I rode him for his third run in a maiden and he ran really well and might have outrun his mark a bit. Now he has come back in the handicap and getting a bit more competitive. The lads are telling me he is in here for next Wednesday, touch wood if he pulls out well. He's a lovely hardy horse at home, there's not a bother on him. I'd say he would be better over a bit more of a trip as well, I'd say he is a mile and a quarter horse in time. We bought him as a breezer there last year and we just always knew he was going to be more of a three-year-old than a two-year-old.
Dundalk specialist Golden Twilight leads home Halford 1-2
He's a great horse around here, he just loves that surface. He's very gutsy and that was a great weight-carrying performance. It is a pleasure to have him and his owner is a local man, so it is great for him to have a winner. It's great to see a horse that enjoys it so much. He has earned a break. I'm delighted with the runner-up too. He did (get into a barging match) and Shane (Foley) said he was a bit unlucky, it just didn't happen for him. He finished out well. We stepped him up to a mile and a half to see if he got it, but he got it well and again he is a horse that loves that surface. He's a work in progress, and is getting stronger there all the time.
