Apprentice Daniel King continued a rich vein of form in recent days when partnering Ransom to land the Christmas Party Nights Available At Dundalk Stadium Handicap.
King got the better of Bill Lee in a tight finish at the Curragh on Wednesday and followed up aboard Henning over hurdles at Clonmel yesterday.
He completed a unique treble in just over 48 hours here on the all-weather and looked at pains to keep Ransom covered up for as long as possible.
The Denis Hogan-trained gelding led a furlong out and was driven out to beat My Minervina by two and a quarter lengths. Bucky Larson was just a neck back in third.
King said, "He did (enjoy weaving his way through), I had a nice bit (of pace) to aim at turning in and when I asked him, he picked up and he galloped all the way to the line.
"We were fairly confident coming here tonight. He had been knocking on the door in his last couple of runs so it is nice to get his head in front there tonight.
"I'm sure there will be more in him, hopefully so."
On his week, he added: "Things are going well, so hopefully they can stay like this."
