she loves that ground and it was a big help to her. We will see what the handicapper gives her, she will probably go for more of the same.

Good World does great business
I was a bit iffy this morning about running and, to be honest, I came into the office to pull him out but when I saw the non-runners I gave Ricky a call and he convinced me to run him!. We aren't too far away and there was a lot of rain and he ran here in March on similar type ground and he was a bit iffy on it. He's the yard favourite, is a lovely little horse and is always in right order, so it's great to get a win out of him. It's not that he doesn't handle soft ground, he does, he is a little bit small and in the winter he struggles against the better quality horses. We were hoping for summer soft ground today, not this.

Townend credited with bumper success
Jody got a right feel from her in Punchestown and begged us to come back for a bumper - she said going back to ordinary company you will be bang there so she takes a lot of the credit. We weren't sure about the ground and her owners deserve credit too, Ger Gubbins, Lisa Pyne and Jason O'Sullivan. When she wasn't showing a whole lot of promise as a young mare they told us to keep going and how right they were. She did a savage piece of work with (stablemate) Slainte And Thanks and she ran very well here last Sunday when not getting the good ground she wants. We were more confident after that.
