The Johnny Murtagh trained Beach Wedding got off the mark on her fifth start, as she made all in the Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction Maiden.
Placed twice previously, she was a well-beaten fifth of seven in the Group 3 Flame Of Tara Stakes on her last start at the Curragh.
Available at 11/4 in a place this morning, the daughter of Footstepsinthesand opened on-course at 2s before going off the clear 6/4 favourite under Rory Cleary.
Soon in front, the Wendy O'Leary owned filly was ridden from the two furlong pole and stretched clear with a furlong left to race, going on to score comfortably by two and a quarter lengths.
Outsider Air Of Nobility ran on well to take second at 33/1 under Chris Hayes for Keith Clarke, while 3/1 chance Maunganui was another three parts of a length back in third under Ronan Whelan for Jarlath Fahey.
The winning rider said afterwards: "She had great form in the book. Johnny (Murtagh) had her 100 per cent today, all I had to do was jump out and ride her positive. She did all the rest for me.
"She was very straightforward and rides like a smart filly riding her that way. Hopefully she will come on again.
"Johnny didn't make it today as he was busy. He was very confident. He said to keep it simple, jump out and ride her positive and wherever you are from there to make the best way home as she'll get there."
