He isn't the easiest horse to ride and Neve does all the work with him at home and gets on very well with him. It is brilliant to get the win as her father has travelled over and it is his first time to see her ride. He likes that top of the ground, had previously won in Dundalk and that is now twice that he has come back from a long layoff to win. He likes to run fresh.

He loved it. We were happy enough coming here that he was training well but I was a bit worried that he had been off for over 100 days, obviously it didn't matter to him thankfully. Neve gave him a great ride, she was nice and positive on him and that's what he likes. She's improving all the time.

I'm from Kildare and am based on the Curragh, I have my licence two years and he is the only horse I have and I haven't had many runners. I always wanted to do it (train) so I just went ahead and did it. I was with Bill Farrell and with John O'Donoghue and I was in England with Richard Spencer. I've been around a bit. I work full-time in John O'Donoghue's and do him (Sondheim)in the mornings before I go to work and in the evenings afterwards. He's the only one I have. It is just a hobby at the minute for the minute and then hopefully we will see how it goes.
