Cloud makes good start over fences
Chasing was always going to be Baily Cloud's game, and he got off to a winning start over the larger obstacles under Andrew Ring in the Tramore Supporters Club Beginners Chase. Sat 04th JunProgressive Copy has good pay-day
A J P McManus-owned and Eddie Harty-trained unexposed four-year-old down the bottom of the weights was always likely to catch the eye of punters and the 3/1 favourite got the job done under 'Slippers' Madden in the Faber Audiovisuals Handicap Hurdle. Sun 25th OctTawseef best in rough race
Unfortunately we lost four-time winner Sheilas Wish, who came down early in the Athlone Apprentice Handicap, and Gary Halpin (battered and bruised and gone for X-rays on a suspected arm injury) and Our Rachael went their separate ways in the final half mile. The spoils in this 50 to 70 affair, eventually went the way of Colin Bowe's Tawseef under Ian Queally. Mon 28th SepDiamond delivers as fancied horses fail

After race at Galway Sun, 26th Oct, 2014 (1st)
I didn't say it at the time but I thought Noel O'Brien (handicapper) was very hard on him and I didn't think he'd good enough to win today. We bypassed a run last week to come here as this was a nice pot and he might be a horse for a Galway Hurdle in time, off a light weight. He's only a handy horse and it'd be a waste of time running him on winter ground . he'd have his arse kicked by soft ground horses! He could run at Dundalk though.

After race at Downpatrick Sun, 15th Jun, 2014 (1st)
We made it as he had no gallop recently and he's too honest and very hard on himself. He likes this place, it's a pity it is so far away! . He'd be a summer horse and he'll go to Dundalk for the winter. He might go for a winners race in Galway, that track might suit him. He would be for sale but he's keeping us smiling. He's named after our neighbour down the road.

He is a very good horse if he can be kept right. He pulled a muscle at Limerick on his second run, and then I thought he was right for Listowel but he finished lame. John Warwick got him right.
