FormscanBy Mark Nunan - Hard to find a solid one here but perhaps WILD CAPRICE can return to form under in-form Michael O’Sullivan. John Ryan’s mare was runner-up on three occasions earlier in the summer, including in a 17-runner handicap hurdle at Down Royal. The horse that beat her went close off a 10lb higher mark next time. On her next start Wild Caprice found only a Willie Mullins-trained runner too strong in a Tramore maiden and she may appreciate reverting to the smaller obstacles after a spell over fences. Money Heist was placed in both point-to-point starts and has run in maiden hurdles and chases since. He lacks a recent run but starts off handicapping in a weak contest and the market will be instructive as to his chance. The Chapel Field ran respectably in a higher grade of handicap here last month after a layoff and, although much better as a chaser, might be capable of making an impact with Darragh O’Keeffe an interesting booking.
An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards rated 80-95Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 7lb extra for each hurdle race won.
