FormscanBy Alan Magee - IMPERIAL SACHIN’S was purchased for 35,000 as a store at the Derby Sale in 2019 and showed some promise on both bumper starts at Downpatrick and Leopardstown. The son of Fame And Glory was probably unsuited by the extremely testing ground when switched to hurdles at Gowran Park on the Thyestes Chase card, and is given another chance in what appears a modest event. Any market move for the Emmet Mullins-trained newcomer A Cheap Thrill would be significant, while Cullaghs Star was noted staying on nicely in the closing stages behind Ferdia at Ballinrobe and could play a part if building on that run. Voice Of Hope showed some promise on the Flat as a juvenile and hails from a yard in good form.
