< Sue Princesse (12-1) sprouted wings to surge home in the Saltan Properties Handicap Hurdle at Tramore.
Only in fifth place at the last, the six-year-old mare ran on strongly from the final flight to deny Credit Box by three-quarters of a length.
The winner is trained Ruaidhri Tierney, who also works as a jockeys' agent and has around 12 lads on his books - including winning rider Kevin Coleman.
He said: "This horse was in England in January and she came back very sick and it was just a case of getting her right. She showed her best form here today. We claimed her out of a claiming race that she won here."< Jettymarc and Andrew McNamara burst to the front at the final flight before going on to land the Saltan Properties Maiden Hurdle by five lengths as the 11-4 second-favourite, from Ruby Walsh on 11-10 market leader Seenya
Winning trainer Tracey Collins said: "He'll make a nice horse in time if he gets his jumping right. He jumped some of the hurdles today very well and was inconsistent at others. We have no set plans as such for him."
Walsh was out of luck in the following race too with Echo Bob (1-2 favourite) being denied by the John Kiely-trained Crowning Moment (14-1) after tiring on the run in.
Kiely said: "He'll mix it on the Flat and over hurdles for the summer. He's loves this type of ground."
McNamara bagged a double as Edward O'Grady's 7-2 joint-favourite Money Belt followed up a win in an amateur riders' event at Cork on Irish National day when taking the Saltan Properties Handicap Chase with a bit in hand.
Shane Jackson shone on Wicklow Lad as the five-year-old ran out a comfortable winner of the Saltan Properties Handicap Hurdle, this time for horses rated 81-109. Always handy, a fine jump at the last sealed matters for the 14-1 chance.
Winning trainer Philip Rothwell said: "That's my 31st winner of the season and it's my best season to date. The horse has been consistent and deserved to win, he has been second on a couple of occasions.
"He ran badly at Limerick on heavy ground last time
