On her penultimate start, Kourvoisier obliged at 80/1 in Sligo and today she took the honours at a whopping 66/1 in Tipperary.

The two victories sandwiched a ninth place on handicap debut at the Galway Festival.

Gary Halpin 's mount contested the Tipperary Handicap over an extended seven furlongs and began to make headway, for pressure, swinging in.

She really began to motor between horses in the final quarter of a mile and unleashed her winning challenge when she hit the front racing to the final furlong.

Ross O'Sullivan 's Anjaal filly went on and won with her ears pricked by a good three and quarter lengths. High Altitude finished second at 20/1 by half a length from Kodiac Prince (5/1).

Gary Halpin said: "She didn't deserve to be a 66/1 shot. If she had been coming here straight off Sligo she wouldn't have been 66/1.

"She had a mishap in Galway; probably the track didn't suit her. She came and she did herself justice today.

"It's a tough ask for any three-year-old to go straight to Galway after winning her maiden. It was only her third start, it wasn't an easy task.

"I travelled well and maybe when I went to pick her up two and a half (furlongs) down she surprised me at how quick she did pick up and went about her business. She did well to keep going.

"You'd nearly say she would even get the mile - it opens up a bit more options for them and she could be fun for them."
