David Marnane’s admirable low-grade handicapper Amemri (8/1) again found the net at Dundalk today, as the five-year-old mare registered a sixth career success in the Floodlit Friday Nights At Dundalk Stadium Handicap.

The daughter of Time Test’s previous wins were gained from ratings between just 49 and 52, and today defied a higher 55-mark when scoring by 1.25 lengths from Clonmacash

Following the race, Amemri’s winning and regular rider Luke McAteer said "she's getting progressively more consistent and is a lovely filly to ride in a race.

"I knew after about 100 yards she wasn't even travelling so knew we were going fast. I just had to take my time and it worked out lovely. She won well."
