He’s an unbelievable horse for the yard. Full credit to everyone at home for keeping him sound and right. He runs on hard ground day in and day out, and he’s just a sounder and happier horse this year. He might be entered in the Galway Plate, and if the ground is quick he could go there. He’s in at Leopardstown next Thursday and I’ll see how he is. I’d love to run him on the Flat as it could give us an option for Galway. If he happened to win it could give him a nice mark for the amateur handicap. Our best chance of good ground in Galway is probably the first few days. He has a nice mark over hurdles and there could be a nice day in him over hurdles if everything goes well and he stays healthy. Peter Fahey, trainer

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Conrad Hastings, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

At the request of the Stewards, B. Hayes, rider of Fenlon's Hill, trained by Paul Stafford, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount empties quickly and with this in mind was rode to keep him on the bridle for as long as possible. He said his mount travelled well down the hill, but emptied on jumping the last.
