It was a bit of a question mark coming back so soon but obviously he's answered that question and it's great,. The six is probably a little bit on the sharp side for him but he seemed to be well on top at the end. Sean gave him an absolutely gorgeous ride. He had planned to be a little bit handier but he just took the view if he was just completely travelling to take his time and it worked out really well. He's a wonderful horse to do that for us and we'll have a look at something in Galway. The temptation is to go easy on him now but maybe that would be the unwise thing to do.

That's great. He seemed to be in great order after Roscommon and we were looking forward to today,. Sean has given him a peach of a ride. He jumped and felt that they were going no gallop so he said he'd do that and he was spot on. He was nice and prominent in Roscommon and we felt the fast pace there really helped him. We both agreed that if he wasn't going to get a good gallop there was no reason he wouldn't make it himself. He has a thing hanging over him that he's not the most honest of horses but he looked honest there and he's loving it. There is a race in Down Royal next Friday over seven and that's an option. Now he's starting to get up to the stage where Galway will be an option as well. I'd love to see him on really quick ground as I think there might be a little bit more to come. I have four in training at the moment and the four of them have won. That's the third lad that's after winning for a second time. The owner Michael Kearney is home from Dubai. He rang me in May and sent the horse to me and I'm very grateful.

He's a fun horse and is very versatile. He likes to follow a strong pace and can go over six furlongs, seven or a mile. Wolverhampton doesn't suit him. The longer straight here is better for him.

He played him late anyway! He has to be ridden that way. We've found a way to ride him and he's consistent when you ride him that way.

We've had an argument over how to ride him. I got my way tonight and we held him up. The change of tactics worked.

Declan said he came too early on him last week and that if he'd rode him before he would have done it differently. He was left with a lot to do today, turning in he was last and I thought he had no chance. He came with his run on the outside and he just got up though. We are learning a little bit how to ride him. I'd say he would be quirky enough and he would probably pull himself up if he hit the front too soon.
