We had a bit of luck which was nice. He was entitled to win and jumped really well today. He was going very well between the final two and I think he had a bit more left in the tank. We'll see what mark he gets now but he won't be good enough for the novices.

That was a long time coming. I wasn't sure if he was genuine, but he put his head down today. It was better to win today than a month ago for his novice status.
