she loves that ground and Davy gave her a great ride. He said he was happy the whole way, the one thing you don't want to do is get to the front too soon as she idles. The plan was to be upsides at the last but as soon as she got to the front she pulled up. She did it here before one day. It's a great start to the week and great for Noel and Valerie (Moran, of owners Bective Stud). we haven't discussed going chasing yet but I can't see why she won't jump a fence. She's a nice mare and I'd say ground is a big key to her, she just doesn't like real depths of winter heavy ground. On the heavy sand at home she's not impressive but when you get her on a nicer surface she's good.

I'd say she's a black-type mare to be fair. We had her in a black-type race last week but I thought, with the mark she had, she was too well handicapped to run her in it. We said we'd keep her for this and we could always get black-type somewhere else down the road. She has plenty of it already. Davy gave her a beautiful ride and when she got there she just pulled up, she had done enough. She's a nice mare. Noel and Valerie like to have a few broodmares so we'll try and make her into a broodmare. They'll be going to Cheltenham for the week so if they'd like to run her she'll be on the lorry.

It was a nice performance, Davy said there is plenty improvement in her and she'll come on a lot from it. We knew she was just ready to start off. Looking at her today, she enjoyed that 2m4f but she could come back too. She is having a proper blow but is highly-strung and I wouldn't have galloped her much at home. I want to keep the lid on her and she might now go for a Graded novice hurdle at Down Royal in November.

She's lovely. She was entitled to do that after Leopardstown and she did it nicely,. Jamie's head was on the block as he had her from the word go, he won the bumper on her for the Motherways. He was glad that he put the right mare in. She's absolutely lovely and the world is her oyster. There is a Grade 3 for her in Punchestown and she'll make a lovely novice hurdler next year. She's jumped already and she's brilliant. She's very exciting and I'm delighted for the Morans (owners).
