It was his first run for me. He had been working very well and I thought he was very straight for his first run. Everina (Kilfeather) thought the ground might be a bit too slow for him but we got away with it and Wayne said he wasn't done with. He's very straight forward and quiet at home but when he comes racing he gets wound up and hot. He might go to Galway for the Colm Quinn BMW Mile Handicap or the Topaz Mile.

That's fantastic. He has serious ability but he's so nervous. In his head he's very fragile. The last day we couldn't find anything wrong with him, but we parked our lorry at the mile start here and maybe he just didn't want to go away from the lorry. Rory gave him a fantastic ride and got him settled early on.

The family are very hot and Everina (Kilfeather, winning owner) got him for next to nothing,. He's a bit mentally unstable! He tries to be sane but he's a nervous horse and he's been difficult to train. It's credit to the great team we have. He has a classy way about him though and it's fantastic. He stuck at it well and surprised us how hardy he was. If he stays right mentally we'll have a lot of fun with him.
