B.P. Kennedy, rider of Rinnaseer King, trained by Thomas P.O'Connor, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake with a circuit to go and jumped left afterwards

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, C.M. Quirke, rider of Coffeys Forge, trained by Patrick Gerard Ryan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stopped quickly

The Raceday Stewards interviewed H.E. Sexton, rider, in relation to the fact he seemed to continue on a tired horse resulting in a fall at the second last hurdle. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he felt the field had gone very fast early on and his mount was outpaced but was keeping on at one pace. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found H.E. Sexton was in breach of R. 216 (ii)(b) and in considering his record in this regard (first offence) they suspended him for two racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Callmedusty trained by Cian Collins was seen to have blood at both nostrils post race.
