Permission was given for Miss Mulligan (IRE) to go early to post wearing a red hood.

Following the race, Jack Mitchell reported that Leroy Leroy (GB), placed fifth, stopped quickly and the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.

An enquiry was held into the circumstances surrounding why the two-tone audible signal that signifies a Stewards’ Enquiry (Bing Bong) did not work after Race 4.

The Broadcast Operator, Raceday Presenter, Clerk of the Course and Raceday Assistant were interviewed.

Their comments were noted and passed on to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.

An enquiry was held at Lingfield Park on 21 July 2021, adjourned from Epsom on 15 July 2021, to consider interference approximately 9 furlongs out involving Knowing (GB), placed eighth, ridden by Hayley Turner; Dolphin Vista (IRE), placed third, ridden by Pat Cosgrave; and Gold Souk (IRE), placed sixth, ridden by Joshua Bryan.

The initial enquiry was adjourned to allow for further evidence to be heard from Bryan.

Taking into consideration evidence from both the original and adjourned enquiry and viewing recordings of the incident, the Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any horse or rider.

An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference on the run to the line when Pure Bubbles (GER), placed second, ridden by Rhys Clutterbuck, interfered with Dolphin Vista (IRE), placed third, ridden by Pat Cosgrave.

The Stewards considered that the interference had not improved PURE BUBBLE (GER)’s placing as Dolphin Vista (IRE) appeared to lose little momentum as a result of the interference and Pure Bubbles (GER) always appeared to be holding the gelding, with a neck between them at the line.

Clutterbuck was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to shift right-handed without sufficient correction causing Cosgrave to be shifted slightly off his intended line.
