We thought she was lovely the first day and then at Leopardstown all the leaders went too fast over seven. We then ran her over nine furlongs in Gowran, a lovely run but we thought nine may have just caught her out. She’s able to quicken and Seamus gave her a lovely ride. She’s very classy. She might go for the Coronation Stakes but we’ll see what the lads want to do. She’s a sister to Minding and the second filly is a sister to Gleneagles. We were going to step Joan Of Arc up to ten furlongs after today and she might go for the French Oaks. A P O'Brien, trainer

The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Fev Rover, ridden by P. Hanagan, unplaced and Sziget, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced where it appeared that Sziget may have been short of room when Fev Rover manoeuvred across her path. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.M. Sheridan stated that his mount was shortening her stride when Fev Rover moved over in front of her but he only checked when he read the situation and added that Fev Rover was one length clear of her at that time. P. Hanagan stated that his mount was never comfortable on the ground and the move towards Sziget was exaggerated when his mount hung right and changed her legs. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fev Rover, trained by Richard Fahey (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
