he's a nice horse who doesn't show us much at home but he's a big honest galloping horse. He won't do much more this year and I don't know if I'll even run him in another bumper - maybe I will, but he won't do much more. The Stewards interviewed Mr A.H. Wells, rider of Sister Cyclone, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found Mr. A.H. Wells to be in breach of Regulation 10.3 (c) in that he used his whip unnecessarily after he had clearly obtained his best finishing position. Having considered his good record in this regard, the Stewards cautioned Mr A. H. Wells. The following Stewards acted at this meeting: Mr. R. Dore (Chairman), Mr. P. Reynolds, Mr. Justice T. Hunt, Mr. J. Collins, Mr. L. Walsh.
