Permission was given for One Last Dance (IRE) to go early to post and be mounted on the chute.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after turning into the home straight when One Last Dance (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Elinor Jones, interfered with Luna Wish (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Josephine Gordon.
Being a 7lb claiming apprentice, Jones was offered the opportunity to have someone accompany her in the enquiry but declined.
Jones was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as she misjudged the gap on the inside rail bumping Luna Wish (GB), who became unbalanced.
Jane Elliott, the rider of Basilicata (IRE), placed second, was suspended for 4 days for using her whip above the permitted level from 1 ½ furlongs out.
