Permission was given for Cox Bazar (FR) to go early to post.
Cox Bazar (FR) ran without a tongue strap because it had come adrift on the way to the start and could not be re-fitted.
Following the race, Ivan Furtado’s representative reported that it had not affected the gelding’s performance.
Harome (IRE) backed through the rail at the Start and having been examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, the gelding was deemed fit to race.
The Starter reported that Royal Brave (IRE) was unruly in the stalls and withdrawn.
Rebecca Bastiman was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Jabbarockie (GB), placed second, had lost its right front shoe.
