The performance of Park Hill Dancer (FR), which started favourite and finished fifth of six finishers beaten 26 ¼ lengths, was considered.
The Stewards noted the explanation given by the representative of Nicky Henderson that the gelding ran too freely.
The Veterinary Officer reported a post-race examination during routine testing of Park Hill Dancer (FR) failed to reveal any abnormalities.
The performance of Harjo (IRE), which was pulled up, was considered.
The Stewards noted that Charlie Longsdon could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance, other than Sean Quinlan reported that Harjo (IRE) stopped quickly.
