She is a bit of a handful, a bit of a madam. It was her first time today wearing a hood. She had a couple of good runs early on in maiden hurdles and lost her way a bit then. It wasn't a great race today and I'm delighted to get it. She would stay further. She grinds it out on that soft ground. We will keep her going over the winter now and see how she gets on. The Stewards interviewed A. Ring, rider of Seskin Flyer, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards took no further action. Mr. P. Denis Hickey, Acting Steward, did not attend this hearing.
