Harrison Shaw, the rider of Mamdood (IRE), David Allan, the rider of Bollin Neil (GB) and Callum Rodriguez, the rider of Question Of Faith (GB), had fallen 2½ furlongs out.
The riders (with the exception of Harrison Shaw who was unable to be interviewed owing to his injuries) and Kevin Stott, the rider of One Last Hug (GB), placed second, were interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that the incident was accidental and was caused by Mamdood (IRE) clipping the heels of One Last Hug (GB) and falling, bringing down Bollin Neil (GB) and Question Of Faith (GB).
