An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong when Hoodwinker (GB), placed second, ridden by Cieren Fallon, interfered with the winner, Arctic Emperor (GB), ridden by Kieran Shoemark.
Fallon was cautioned for careless riding as he had failed to take sufficient steps to prevent his mount from intimidating Arctic Emperor (GB) off its intended line.
Following the race, David O'Meara reported that Ford Madox Brown (GB), placed seventh, was unsuited by the Heavy ground on this occasion and would prefer a less testing surface.
