Chris Gordon’s explanation that the Going which was officially described as Good, was too quick for the gelding on this occasion was noted.
The winner Tellairsue (GER), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Huntingdon on 23 February 2023, where the gelding finished seventh of eleven runners, beaten by 27 lengths.
David Bridgwater’s representative’s explanation that the gelding was suited by the weaker and smaller field, caused by four non-runners, was noted.
Tellairsue (GER) was routine tested.
