Two wins in six days for Nedera

The Tom McCourt trained Nedera (7/4f) justified strong support when landing the Dundalk Stadium Racecourse Of The Year Handicap at Dundalk this evening for Champion Apprentice Jockey Colin Keane.
A winner last Friday over course and distance, Nedera was, in theory, 1lb badly off under her five pounds penalty but made of that minor detail, with a neck win over Almosthaditall
The winner was backed from 9/2 in the morning into 7/4 favourite and following the win, jockey Keane stated “she did it well and travelled really well. I was holding on to her as she does nothing when she gets to the front.
“If anything she was fresher today than the last day.”
