The Davy Condon ridden Quarton made a miraculous recovery from a bad mistake three out to win the Follow KilbegganRaces On Twitter Handicap Chase.
The Gordon Elliott trained seven-year-old was sent off the 3/1 favourite and he made good progress into fourth before what look like a race ending mistake at the third last.
However he quickly regained his composure and improved again into third before the final fence.
He kept on best on the run-in to head Dedoctorsdaughter (7/1) and Denis Hogan, going on to score by two and a half lengths at the line.
Dedoctorsdaughter, who hit the front three out, had to settle for second while Canaly was a further length and a quarter back in third under Shane Shortall for Dessie Hughes at 9/1.
Davy Condon said afterwards: “I started to chase Denis (Hogan) as I thought he was getting away and that's why he made the bad mistake.
“He was on the floor but was going so easy he was able to find a leg. I was confident on him and he would have been a very unlucky loser."
Gordon Elliott added: “He gave him a good ride. He pulled him off the ground and didn't panic. He said he jumped very quick apart from that one mistake.
“It's grand to get the win as I haven't had a winner for nine or ten days and was on the cold list!"
