Odds on favourites in 24-runner two mile maiden hurdles wouldn’t usually be the way for punters to make their money, but those who took the 4/5 offered on Rathvinden in Cork had very little worry over their investment. Sun 08th Dec
His jumping got him into the race and he was probably in front a bit soon. He's not an out and out three-miler but he'll probably get an entry in the Munster National. I'd say we'll try and find another race like that. He's fairly capable at his best but my horses were sick last year.

I'll find another novice for him and he'll be aimed at the good novice handicap at the Punchestown Festival. He ran a bit free but jumps well which is the main thing,.

it's not before time that he's won but he'll make a chaser and two miles on that ground is probably far enough for him; Mark (Enright) said he was crying out for a fence.
