War Command got back in the winning groove with an overwhelming success in the Galileo EBF Futurity Stakes at the CurraghSat 24th Aug
Classy Come To Heel lands a gamble
After a gamble on a David Wachman trained runner went astray in the opener, Come To Heel made up for that disappointment as she landed a gamble of her own in the Listed Irish Field Curragh Stakes. Sat 24th AugReview cork 6th Aug
Impressive young jockey Connor King took the riding honours at Cork with a fantastic 14,725-1 four-timer highlighted by the success of Royal Blue Star in the Platinum StakesTue 06th Aug
Come To Heel shows plenty of promise
David Wachman’s unraced Come To Heel (7/1) came through nicely to cut down Candy Apples and Treadstone in the six furlong juvenile maiden at Cork. Tue 06th Aug
After race at Curragh Sat, 24th Aug, 2013 (1st)
She is a nice filly, she is still very raw. She didn't learn much in Cork but she may have learned a bit more there. She could be a nice filly going forward. I suppose she was probably on the wrong side there as the pace was on the other side. The Cheveley Park (Newmarket 28th September) is the target and I don't know whether she will run between now and then.
