Leopardstown Sun, 29th Dec, 2024  Carrigmoornaspruce She was unreal. It was kind of the same as Naas. We just said to the boys that we would let her gallop around at the back and come home as well as we can. The lads said there is no pressure, look after her, and we’re planning on coming here for the mares' bumper at the Dublin Racing Festival. It worked out and she’s a very talented filly.

Limerick Tue, 19th Nov, 2024  Diamond Nora She had plenty weight on her back so I told Liam to ride a patient race. I was expecting her to run a good race as she was reasonably fit coming here but with it being her first run back, we said we'd ride her patiently. She will stay further, found well and was good. That's two she has won now, she has size and is a terrific jumper. I'd say she will do well over fences but will stick to hurdles this season.

Naas Sun, 10th Nov, 2024  Carrigmoornaspruce I was cursing myself when I seen Dec (Lavery, on the favourite) following the leader as there was no real middle pace in the race. I was trapped back further than I wanted to be, and I said I'd just have to sit and suffer and see how it goes. I just made my ground slowly and got a small little slit turning in. I was a long way off the pace still but to be fair to her she got me out of a hole. I was too far back but she's obviously a good filly. She's owned by two gentleman, Micky Veale and Tom McCarthy so it's mighty for them.
