Limerick Sun, 29th Dec, 2024  Balko D'ange That was a great way to break his duck. We were disappointed with him here the last day, but the winner (Cottesloe Sunshine) won since so you could only be happy with it. He missed a few hurdles then, which is unlike him, as he is generally quick. He was in off a nice mark today and looks like an improver. It was a nice pot to win and we'll go step by step with him now and he is a novice until the end of the season.

Limerick Tue, 19th Nov, 2024  Twentyfourcarrot That is mighty! I walked the course, had a good chat with Emily and felt staying down along the rail, where the ground hadn't been used, was the best place to be. Ray Barron came back in after riding her the last day and was kicking himself as he felt he didn't go fast enough. She is a real tough stayer and I think she will get blacktype over hurdles. She is a decent filly and I made a mistake running her on quick ground at Cork two runs ago. Her mother was decent, won three or four races and got blacktype and it is nice to have another winner for Sean (O'Neill, owner) who is a great supporter of ours. He has a nice filly on his hands.

Cork Sun, 3rd Nov, 2024  Jane Eire She is a lovely mare who is progressing well and Peter Molony found her for Sarah (his wife) and the syndicate, so I'm delighted for them. She was good, did it really well and Darragh was brilliant on her. She jumped great bar the third-last and it was all good. She has been in quite a while so I might give her a break now and look towards the spring, when there are so many nice races. I'm a dreamer and you never know about going to Cheltenham but we'll see what everyone wants to do, as she was impressive there. She travels so that can get you a long way in a good race and we have her for fun.
