The Stewards interviewed J.M. Moore, rider of Mary Of De Sorrows, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3(f)(force) and having taken his previous record into account and pursuant to Reg.10.6(a) the Stewards suspended the rider for 6 race days
E. Walsh, rider of Lady Of The Sea trained by S. Michael Millar, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't travel coming down the hill
