Bilderberg wins for in form Keane and Lyons
Lynam's newcomer 'could be very good'
she could be very good. She wasn't the easiest filly to do anything with at the start but she always did her canters very nicely. The dam won over a mile and a half and was a good filly and the sire won a French Derby so she is probably in the wrong hotel being bred to stay! . Billy gave her a lovely ride and was very impressed. When I was giving him the leg up, I told him she would run well but that she'd improve for the run. And she did run well and she probably will improve a ton.
Tobann makes swift reappearance for G3 win
she has been knocking at the door and had to give a lot of weight away at the Curragh the last day but the seven furlongs trip and firm ground are the key to her. She has black-type now and I'm sure she'll be aimed at something similar. Kevin said she travelled very well and was very sweet today and was delighted with her.
In foal Eljowzah gains maiden win
she has been scanned in foal recently and will have one more run before going home at the end of the month. She is in foal to Barely A Moment (three times Group 1 winner in Australia and now standing at Coolballyshan House Stud) and her owners are involved in the stallion. I have to thank Wille McCreery for the use of his rug for the stalls today as that's how we got from England, because they couldn't get her to load.

Panama Hat tops it off in style
he did it well and Chris gave him a great ride. It was nice and straightforward and he just hit the front and picked up the pace as he liked. He loves the fast ground and is progressing as a three year old and will get a mile and a half. He's a big strong sound horse and is enjoying his racing and we'll keep him at what he likes. Hurdling won't be high on the agenda of the syndicate which owns him but he certainly could be a horse for that in the future. He's in again at Roscommon on Monday but it depends on how the handicapper treats him.
