Wexford winners head for Durty Nellies!
it took us three hours to get here and we'll be celebrating in Durty Nelly's (famous Bunratty bar) tonight!. he had previously won a point-to-point and he might go for a beginners chase next.
Kiln scores for one-horse trainer
we didn't expect her to win but we thought she'd run well. It's important for her to get a bracket as she has a very good pedigree - her dam is a half-sister to Harbour Pilot and she’ll make a nice broodmare in time. We bought her as a foal to be a broodmare.
Busy Lynch completes Wexford double
he did it well in the end but after the horse fell, Andrew said he was just idling away and he probably got to the front too soon. Andrew thought he had the faller (Magna Cartor) covered and e was always travelling well on that ground, and I'd say the drying helped a lot too. We'll pick out another hurdle for him, and hopefully he will keep going in the right direction. He is a big horse, and he will probably like a flat or galloping track even more so. He is owned by Tom Fleming who is from Dungarvan originally but lives in Dublin.
North-west winner of south-east handicap
Morris and Moon get off the mark
it has been a while coming and the horses haven't been right. He jumped super and hopefully the horses are coming right again now. He might go for something like the Midlands National.
