He's won off 88 here and next year something like the Ayr Gold Cup could be part of the plan. They should get some cut in the ground then. You have to be rated in the 90's to get into most of those big handicaps. He'll be aimed at a lot of the same races he went for this year.

he's a Montjeu with loads of ability. I don't know how good a maiden it was but he felt like he wanted further. He pricked his ears at the line.

he's as green a two-year-old as we have sent racing this year and was shouting and roaring beforehand! . I was worried about the ground when declaring him on good to firm and then the rain came. He's a big, scopey horse and Colin was very impressed with him, and said he did it all very easily. It's exciting times and he'll get further.

Another 25/1 outsider wins at Navan

that's only my third flat runner as I only took out a flat licence recently, and my first flat runner was at Dundalk last Friday. He's in again at Leopardstown on Sunday and, if he comes out of this race well, he could go there. That's my first winner for the owners, Kieran Burke and Bernice Boyle from Newry.
