Samrogue escapes pocket just in time
No-one else really had ridden her other than Conor (Hoban). Oisin got on her and got to know her the last day - she had a terrible draw the last day and it made all the difference today.

Apache Outlaw regains the winning thread in Dundalk feature
It is great for the lads and Jim Fairhurst. The Dooleys had a winner last week (Comfort Line). I think this horse will improve, we will have good fun with this horse next year. We stepped him up today and I think seven is better for him than six. Declan rode him in the Phoenix Stakes (Group 1 at Curragh), so he is a classy enough horse. We got him right and he seems to enjoy life now. He'll get a bit of a break and we will bring him back. I think we will have a lot of fun with him next year - he will be a nice premier handicap horse on turf next year.
Sunset Nova notches up win number ten
He was probably a bit unlucky the last day. Funny enough for a horse around here, he likes to be drawn wide. Being drawn one here the last day didn't suit him - the wider, the better!. Declan was very strong on him. He rode a lot of winners for me early on when I was starting off and we had a great combination. He said to me there, 'it's a pity you had a son!'
Tynamite rolls back the clock for another Dundalk win
He had been running well. We had been talking about retiring him for a while but he keeps running third, fourth, fifth. He's a super horse at home, he's a good workhorse. A couple of good supporters have been in him a long time, but he shows up all the time. Luke is a very, very good rider. He's a class rider and is riding nearly all of ours. I'd have him every day of the week, I think he is fantastic. He is very much in the mould of Oisin Orr.

Leonard earns plaudits from the front on Garrick Painter
It was a canny ride! Jump out and do what you can, I said. I watched Seamie Heffernan here last week - jumped out, got down into that last bend and pulled it (pace) up and he dictated. You have to do that. He had all-weather form in Britain and I thought he gave him a brilliant ride.
Morning Logic comes good at 25/1 on switch to the Flat
Up here has been on my mind for a little bit to be honest. James is a good family friend of ours and I have been dying to get him a winner, so I'm delighted with that. To be fair, we had the horse up here about six weeks ago and he worked really well. My horses started coughing and it has just run its course. That's actually the first horse we have run in about six weeks. I thought next time might have been the go because of the lights. I always knew he had ability but his mind has been so backward, he's only coming now. He's starting to relax at home. We could have a bit of fun - ground is a big thing for him. We will race here in the new year and he is going to go chasing in the summer. He's actually a good jumper and doesn't have enough respect for hurdles.
