Chamonix trounces rivals in opener
Jazz shocks as Falesa flops
Rose proves best for in-form Martin
She did it well,. I thought she was half pulling up at Bellewstown last time and up until today I thought heavy ground was the key to her but she must have an engine. We'll stick to handicaps and Galway would suit with the fast pace and uphill finish. She's a filly you have to get stuck in to.
Go gets off mark in style
Carberry shines on Mac
I only have him ten weeks,. We ran him at Wexford but didnt know how to ride him (held up then) and we were trying to settle him at home. I was hoping the ground might be a bit softer and would have fancied him if it had been soft. He gallops all day.
Benny scores for Broderick
It's nice to get a winner,. He was always travelling best but he didn't want to get there to soon. He would have been unlucky to have got beaten. He'll go to Galway for a three-mile 0-130 handicap hurdle. I'd like to thank Aidan Connolly who works with me and has put a lot of work into his jumping.
Walsh gets Spear home in bumper
He'll probably go the winners' bumper in Galway. That's the obvious race for him,. On nicer ground he should be a nicer horse. He was entitled to win on his Leopardstown run and we probably shouldn't have run him at Navan on heavy. Anything he does in bumpers is a bonus.
