In fairness to Shane Foley, he had it ridden to a tee. He said they were going to go too hard and he was going to let them at it. He was going to come wide and it worked out perfectly. Definitely a lot of winners came from this side the other night (Friday). Ted's (Walsh) Chummie was the same in coming wide. He is going to be claimed now, there are plenty of lads going to claim him and they will probably have a bit of fun during the winter. The man that owns him (John Bowden) is after winning three races with him and he has had a great time with him but he's six going seven and he wants to get a couple of younger horses. It is nice to go out on a high with him.
Forgotten makes breakthrough to give Halford/Collins double
He had been running consistently well, so he stepped up and he has gone forward. He has done what we expected him to do. He (Ronan Whelan) has given him a very positive ride, he is riding out of his skin. He rides up here as well as anybody. We will indeed (be busy over the winter series) - the horses have been running consistently very well all through the year. We are very happy with them and they are looking great and running well.

He has a couple of options (trip) - that probably wasn't the truest run mile and a-quarter. Cathal (Byrnes) was here and he tells you what to do as well. They (Byrnes') are very easy people to ride for - keep it nice and simple behind the leaders, mid-div. It has been an excellent year and I can't thank everyone enough for all the support including Ado (McGuinness) and all his owners and all my outside winners as well. Charles has been a big supporter of mine as well. He has been a big help to me since around this time last year when I rode my first winner for him. He has given me plenty of opportunities and support.
