Keegan makes breakthrough with Mama Tried
She was due a bit of luck in fairness,. She ran a decent race at Naas a couple of years ago, but had a bit of an injury after that. She had bits and bobs of form and to get that is great. We'll look for something similar, as long as she comes out of it alright is the main thing.
Gone Racing finishes well under Landers
He did it well. The main reason he won is definitely the owners because when the ground wasn't right and balloting was a serious issue they didn't panic. They gave me the space to get him right for the right day and line up as many ducks in a row as I could. He'll probably go chasing now but we'll see what comes up.
Progressive Enniskerry scores for Connell and Bolger
He's a classy horse and he had very good bumper form. He had one little setback first time over hurdles in Thurles when he had a little heart issue but it hasn't bothered him since. He won well up the north and I expected him to win again today. He's improving away all the time. He was running in his bumpers on bottomless ground and I'd say it just didn't suit him. He's a real good-ground horse. He had a bit of a blow there, so can hopefully improve again. He's seven years old but we'll probably keep going with him over hurdles and see what level he can get to. He has the option of going chasing as he is seven and he has the size. He jumps great.

The Echo Boy gives McLoughlin another National
I said to Paddy today that we were going to try and drop him in a bit, as there would be plenty of pace, and just try and get him home. The last day in Ballinrobe he was a bit keen and had run his race at halfway. I knew if he settled he'd get the trip as he had won a couple of point-to-points. Paddy said he felt turning in that he had plenty of horse. He saved and saved a bit and when he went for him he obviously stayed at it. He jumped well and it was great. That should man him up a bit there too. The biggest thing was to get him to relax and he's obviously done that today.
