Ringrone Castle a poignant victory for Tierneys
Gigginstown dominate beginners' chase at Roscommon
Parisian the toast of Champs Elysees
It's a much better result than when Kay Russell, the owner, came over for Leopardstown (when the horse was withdrawn) and I think the stall handlers were in a rush home and the result was didn't load. It was very good of her to come over today for more so we were delighted. He was bought as a hurdler and that's what he will continue to do. He's a very nice horse and is by a very good stallion (Champs Elysees) and I think he's going to make his mark as a National Hunt stallion. It was one of the reasons I bought him because of his pedigree but he was also a winner when I bought him [of a handicap at Kempton for Ralph Beckett in April]. He'll run in the next winners' race. He was a good purchase - sometimes we get it right!
Flanagan seals spare-ride double on Dinons
He was unlucky the last day when he looked like he had the race in the bag when he fell at the last (in Bellewstown). We won't do too much more with him this year and we'll find a little hurdle race next and go chasing next year. He is a big, good-looking horse that just needs plenty of time. He'll go on any ground types to be honest.

Impressive My Sister Sarah gives Mullins his double
She has a fabulous pedigree being by Martaline and is related to J'Y Vole, a good mare we used to have, and my mother bought her as a foal. Her work at home was very good and she actually surprised me with the speed she showed there; at home she is very laid-back but I'd say she can win on the flat and over hurdles. She is probably not big enough to jump fences but I'd be very hopeful she will be a black-type mare and she is for sale.
