Emilie Gray runs away with opener in Ballybrit
She did it nicely. She handles the ground and she's a progressive filly. Her form was there, she's been very consistent. The trip was right, the ground was right and she delivered. She's from one of the best Moyglare families, she's a beautifully-bred filly and it was lovely to win with her. We'll look at black-type with her later in the year.

Plan works a treat with in-foal Galtee Mist
That was the plan. She ran a great race in the group race last week, beaten six lengths, as the race didn't suit her. They crawled for three and sprinted for three. We thought this track would suit her and she has full black-type now and that's her sixth win. She's a good mare and she's in foal to Make Believe. She's in the handicap on Sunday but she'd be off a new mark in that so it probably won't happen. She might have to find a Group 3 in England or somewhere as she's finished racing on August 20th.
Sirjack Thomas gives McGuinness his big-race hat-trick
Sheehy said, .My agent Kevin O'Ryan rang me last night when I was just getting into bed and he . I broke well from a wide draw. There was a lot of pace on so I was keen to get slotted in and just get him to relax. He did everything lovely for me. Coming down into the dip I got every run I wanted and I picked up well coming out of the dip. I galloped right to the line.
Moddy Poddle game off the front
She had to be very tough. Chris said he didn't think she was in love with the ground but she was just so genuine. My God she battled back when Colin (Keane on Baseman) came upsides her. I wasn't sure whether this track would suit her but the thing about Galway is that you get three-year-old only handicaps, it's lovely that you're not having to take on older horses. She's a progressive filly and I think she's still progressing. When Chris was going out he said 'what about the ground?' and I said 'I don't know, we'll know after the race'.
Carroll seals Galway brace on Imposing Supreme
We were hemming and hawing whether we'd run him on the ground to be honest. We always believed he wanted good ground to be at his best. We took a chance on the bad ground, to take a pull and drop him in as he's normally ridden prominently as well. Gary is brilliant and it worked out. He's been running really well. His only one win before today was here so the track was never going to be an issue if we got a bit of luck. He's in towards the end of the week and we were thinking if it wasn't working out we'd try and mind him and come back at the end of the week as we thought the ground might be a bit better. If he's okay we'll probably run him back. It wouldn't be our thing to be running that quickly but on this particular occasion we just might.
Clifton boots home her first Galway winner
That was great for Izzy, she's a great part of the team and she works hard. She moved over from the UK last year and for those light weights she is just brilliant to have and she gave that a super ride. Everyone was itching to kick on but she didn't panic down the rail and bided her time. She gave it the perfect ride really. We got in as reserve but had two more in the race that were probably more fancied. Izzy has shown what she can do there. She didn't panic because sometimes from stall one you think you have to go forward.
McDonogh steers No Thanks in
That was a nice change of luck for the horse and it's nice that it came here. He had a tough race yesterday (when third), he's tough and genuine,. We were getting a bit frustrated but it's great to get a winner here. We'll be happy enough if that's all we get. He's very straightforward and has been a bit unlucky on his last few runs.
