Joy for Murphy with Kentucky Lass
She has always been consistent and her first run back gave us plenty of encouragement. She was placed on this sort of ground at Ballinrobe last year after a heavy days rain. I'm full up at home — I have one in! This year I have a 100 percent record. Adrian said to look for something over a bit further on a bit better ground.
Heskin takes both divisions for 224/1 double
It's only her second run for me. She didn't show much interest in Downpatrick and the bit of soft ground probably helped her. She was good and honest and Adrian said if we step her up in trip she could win another little race. I have about ten in training for the summer.
Alberta measures up at Roscommon
I'm delighted. The more rain the better for him. The closer I was getting to Roscommon and the more rain that came I was happier. I shouldn't have run him in Sligo as it was too tight and things just didn't happen for him. I'll have a word with Mr & Mrs Potts now and make a plan from there. The further the better for him. He's not blessed with gears but keeps going.
Kennedy doubles up on Plain Talking
She loves that ground. There was no pace and she was free. After missing the last and being free the whole way I was surprised to see her win. She's tough and pulled out more. She could sneak into a handicap at Galway. She gets the four-year-old allowance and it's a great allowance. She's tough for a four-year-old. Over two miles on quick ground things were happening too quick for her. She's only rated 61 on the Flat as well so could go back there.

King records 1st winner with well-backed Girl
It’s a special day and especially with my brother on board. She had been working mighty, and my cousin Mick Byrne who has ridden plenty of winners in England sat on her before we came today and gave me the nod that she was going mighty. We knew we were coming here with a chance. I used to ride as amateur to Edward O'Grady and worked in a few yards learning my trade before spending some time in Australia. It was always the plan to start training. I'm just trying to get a few horses in and a few breakers. I train just outside Thurles on my mother's property.
