McNamara Continues Good Run
He did it well. I have seen him work better at home, but after all the tests he was one hundred percent in every way. Paddy says he wants half a mile further and hopefully there will be more improvement to come. He should have a bright future over fences. (EM)
Lurgan Shows his Stamina
I like this horse, he could be a nice prospect for chasing next year. He is honest, tough and stays well. Three miles suits him well. (EM)
Cailin Alainn takes Kinloch Brae
It is good that she is paying her way again. She was well in at the weights and the strong pace suited her. If there is a handy field in the Hennessy she might run there but it is unlikely as she is a long way behind the best. She might go for a handicap like the William Hill at Cheltenham in March.
She was my first winner when she won at Cork in April 2007. She got injured that day so it is great to have her back and get another win out of her. We had blinkers on her the last day which may have driven her mad. We have no plans.
Flood Doubles-Up on Moskova
Paddy gave her a peach of a ride. She takes a while to warm up in her races but she started to enjoy herself early today. The forty six day break from her last run helped her a lot. We've no plans but the fact that she got two and a half miles there opens up more doors for her. (EM)
