We were a bit lucky at the last. She probably should have been on the floor. She is a summer mare and is very versatile. She will mix it between hurdles and fences now. That's her trip ideally. Neither of the two fancied ones ran up to scratch so the handicapper can't be too hard on her.

Patrick now five from six on Immediate

He is a lucky horse for Patrick who is five wins from six starts on him now. He seems to make improvement and he idled a bit in front today but he jumped well. We will try and find another race like this for him now and I might step him up to two mile six or three miles.

Playing shows his younger rivals how it's done

He seems to like it here, there aren't enough races for him here though! . He has had lots of problems and it hasn't been all downhill sailing with him. He is not over raced and we will try and find another chase for him now.
