Superficial looks smart on track debut
Coachman collects on return to chasing
The softer ground was a help to him as it slow things down a bit,. He is learning as he goes along but his jumping is still a bit sticky although he jumped when he wanted him. When he asked him to come up, he came up. He will improve as he goes along, he goes that long trip easily and loves that soft ground. I don't know where he goes next but we'll paddle on and see how we go.
Doyle has high hopes for Galway winner
I've always loved this horse but he is mentally fragile, although is going the right way. He jumped beautifully, having been a bit novicey last year and we rode him more positively as we wanted to try something different. hopefully he is a National type horse and you'd hope he will take a step forward with more experience as it was only his fifth run over fences. He is a pure natural with an obstacle coming to him. Paul (Nicholls, previous trainer) had a few issues with him but mentally he is coming along the whole time and I was very pleased they allowed me to take him back. He travels and jumps in this deep stuff and if that can do that, it is a big benefit to them. There are lots to look forward to.

Consecutive hurdle wins for Favorite Moon
Fury maintains unbeaten record on hurdling debut
He did everything wrong but still won. The loose horse affected him as he was running away the whole way and it affected his jumping. He has an engine but isn't slow either,. I would have been happy to run him over two miles but with the way the races fell I ran him here. I didn't think 2m6f would be any problem to him and he showed it. It might come too soon but he could go for the Monksfield Novice Hurdle at Navan, we'll see.
